Silvia Casal

My mother  Silvia Casal who was born in Oct 24, 1929, in Habana, came to the US in 1963 and met my father Rafael Casal shortly after. She has gone to join him in heaven, as well as her mother, father, and sister.  She is now a  new angel in heaven.  I will always remember  and cherish her  as the most outstanding and loving mother that sacrificed her whole life selflessly to give her daughter, husband, and grandson, all the unconditional love that she had to give.  Her whole life was centered on striving to make others happy first. She is undeniably a unique soul that her whole life dream was about being an exceptional mother and wife.  She had her struggles becoming a mother, but she finally did it on May 28, 1972, at the age of 42. Even that wasn't easy, I was delivered 3 months before due date,  at 6 months and had to be in an incubator for a whole month.  I can only  hope and pray that I  have fulfilled all her expectations as a daughter, and hope that I can be the mother that she was. I'm so thankful that God chose her as my mother. Mom I have inner peace to know that you are always with me and watching over me, and that I know that I will be with you again and dad. May you rest in peace and I will always love you forever and I will never forget you ever. Your Daughter......

A Memorial Mass will be held on October 24, 2018 at 8:00AM at St. Justin Catholic Church. 105500 overseas Highway Key Largo, Fl 33037
