Peter Carter

Carter, Peter Voit, 47, of Plantation Key died at his home on May 9, 2010. He was a bartender at Whale Harbor for the past years. He enjoyed fishing sailfish tournaments and hanging out at the sandbar. He was preceded in death by his brothers David and H.T., III. Peter is survived by his partner Frank Decker, father Hassell "H.T." Carter, II of MS; mother Hazel Carter of MD; three (3) sisters Peggy (John) Barrow of MD, Patty (Bill) Ray of MD and Roseanna (Stanley) Urban of DE and three (3) brothers Harry (Sara) Carter of MS, Wilson "Bubby" (Betty) Carter of PA and Frank Carter of DE and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of His Life, to be held at Whale Harbor at a later date, will be announced on the radio.
