Lisa Kay Harlow, of Key Largo, Florida passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023. She was 62 years old.

 

Lisa was born in the town of Mankato, Minnesota on July 22, 1961. She was the fourth child and daughter of Roger and Elizabeth (Betty) (Schueneman) Harlow.

 

Growing up Lisa was an adventurer and loved to travel. She lived in Alaska and worked on the Alaskan pipeline, spent time in Milan, Italy and lived in Wailuku, Hawaii to name a few,  but she found her home in Key Largo, Florida. To say Lisa loved the ocean would be an understatement.  She and her life partner Billy Jones built a life together in Key Largo and together spent much of their life on the ocean.  They enjoyed their time together as guides and owned a fishing charter business.  Lisa loved people and she made friends easily.  

 

Lisa was loved by her family and friends and will always be remembered as the intelligent, smiling, fun loving, spirited woman that loved to share life with those she loved.  She had a tender heart and lived her life the way she wanted and did so fearlessly.  She will be missed.

 

Lisa is survived by her life partner, Billy Jones, her Father, Roger Harlow, her brothers, Stan Nelson, Don Nelson (CJ), and Mark Harlow. Her Aunts and Uncles Warren Schueneman (Jonathan Cain), Curt Schueneman (Marilyn) and Carole Harlow.  

 

Lisa is preceded in death by her Mother, Elizabth Schueneman-Harlow,  Step-Father ________Grandmother Fern (Bolinger) Schueneman, Grandfather __________, Uncle and Aunts, Chuck Schueneman (Katy Keenan-Schueneman), Dwayne Schueneman, and Vickie Schueneman and Charles Harlow.

 

The family is planning a celebration of life in Key Largo, Florida where she will be laid to rest.
