Leonard Agustyniak

Leonard F. Augustyniak, 70, of Islamorada, Florida, passed away on March 21, 2019. Lennie was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Hattie (nee Sliwka) and Leonard Augustyniak, who preceded him in death. His brother, Robert Huenemeyer, preceded him in death in 2002. Survivors include his nieces: Ann Brackett of Cary, NC; Linda Eby of Ellicott City, MD; Janice Gonder of Reisterstown, MD; and his nephew, Roger Huenemeyer of Elkridge, MD. He is also survived by cousins in Missouri and Maryland, and extended family in Islamorada and Baltimore. Captain Len retired in 1999 in Islamorada, FL (which he often referred to as Paradise) where he owned and operated a fishing charter, Tom Cat Charters, doing what he loved best, fishing.
