Biography
Kenneth Charles Fabel passed away August 15, 2013. Ken was born on August 7, 1958, growing up in Boonton Township, NJ, then moving to the Florida Keys in his early 20s where he spent a majority of his life. Ken's passion for flying at a young age led home to do what he was born to do as he owned and operated Ken Fabel Spray Service in Homestead, FL, where he crop dusted for approximately 18 years. As he "survived" many years of this intense flying, he later settled into an equipment rental/sales business and followed up with a contracting business in the Florida Keys as well as still incorporating his passion for flying from his other home in Ft. Myers, FL.
Ken is survived by four beautiful children: Ken, Kyle, Sky and Jet; spouse, Kim; as well as one sister, Jennie; and two brothers, Charlie and Roy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Allen-Beyer Funeral Home, 101640 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL.
Funeral service to begin at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will be held in Palms Woodlawn Cemetery, Naranja, FL.
