Jerry Wayne Polston Sr., age 48 died on Sunday July 15, 2012. He was born on July 17, 1963 in Galveston, Texas. Jerry is survived by his son, Jerry Polston Jr.; his three daughters Katie, Julie and Janet Polston; his brother, Kenneth Polston; his sister, Janet Garza; his brother, Jeffery Polston; and his mother and father, Patricia and Kenneth Polston. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend to many. He will be missed dearly by his family, his friends and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
