David Riemer

David "Lee" Riemer was born February 23, 1940, to Dave and Alma (Johnson) Riemer in Chicago, Illinois.  He graduated high school in Park Ridge Illinois.

Lee joined the Army and was stationed in Germany in the early 1960s.  He owned and operated L & J Riemer Construction for many years in Saint Charles, Illinois.

One of his jobs was "Great America" for the Marriott Corporation in Gurnee, Illinois.  Lee was a 50-year member of the Chicago Medina Shriners

He married Janice Kay Kirkpatrick on January 21, 1975, in Chicago.  Jany Riemer survives him along with his brother Jeffrey Riemer of Chicago, IL

Jany and Lee lived winters in the Florida Keys and summers in St Charles, Illinois. They moved to the Keys permanently after Hurrican Andrew.

Lee loved his three cats, Leo, Laura and Chicago; as well as boating, fishing and the lifestyles of the Florida Keys along with many friends and family.
